Initial Consultation– We begin with a discussion about your needs, concerns, and goals. Whether you’re here for sports therapy or an aesthetic treatment, we tailor every session to suit you.

Assessment & Treatment Plan– For sports therapy sessions, we assess your mobility, posture, and muscle condition to determine the best course of treatment. For aesthetic treatments, we evaluate your skin and discuss your desired results.

Personalized Treatment– Depending on your session, this may include sports massage, dry needling, cupping, spinal manipulation, electro-needling, or a combination of techniques. For aesthetics, treatments like fat dissolving, lip fillers, or skin rejuvenation are performed with expert precision.

What to Wear– For sports therapy sessions, we recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Men are advised to wear shorts, while women should wear a sports bra and shorts to allow for effective treatment.

Aftercare Advice– . We provide guidance on post-treatment care to enhance and maintain your results, whether it’s recovery tips for therapy sessions or skincare recommendations for aesthetic treatments.

It’s common to feel some soreness or discomfort for 24–48 hours following your sports massage treatment, especially if it was applied with deeper pressure or focused on tight muscles. This is a natural response as your muscles begin to release tension and heal. You may also experience increased sensitivity in the treated areas, but this should subside after a couple of days.

To help with any discomfort, we recommend drinking plenty of water, applying heat or cold packs to the affected areas, and resting when needed. Any lasting pain or discomfort that doesn’t improve after a few days should be discussed with your therapist.

Remember, this soreness is often a sign that your body is responding to the therapy and can be part of the healing process!

Follow-Up & Support– Your wellness journey doesn’t end when you leave our clinic. We’re here to support you with follow-up advice and future sessions to keep you feeling and looking your best.

Soft Tissue Therapy and Sports Massage

Overview

It is a treatment approach that has evolved out of the more traditional Sports and Remedial Therapy. Association for Soft Tissue Therapists describes it as,' the management, manipulation, and rehabilitation of soft tissue of the body including muscles, ligaments and tendons.

Although this is commonly associated with the musculoskeletal system, it can also influence our body's other systems, including the nervous, immune, lymphatic, and fascial systems, to name a few.

As we lead busier, sometimes less active, and more stressful lives, we take for granted the effect this has on our bodies and become accepting of aches, pains, and dysfunction.

Soft tissue therapy can help manage this, reduce its impact on our physical and mental health, and provide a way to safely stress the soft tissue structures and systems of the body to stimulate adaptation and change positively.

This may include: Reducing tension, stress, or pain caused by prolonged sitting at a desk/computer, promoting physical and mental recovery from exercise or work, reducing injury risk alongside a progressive rehabilitation program following injury, and Preparation for training and/or competition. Recovery from training and or competition. Post-operative scar works to improve soft tissue mobility and function.

Soft Tissue Therapy / Sports massage mainly treats musculoskeletal issues such as strains, trigger points, and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduces tension in muscles and tissue. It also promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

What can we treat?

A few benefits that Soft Tissue Therapy/ Sports massage can improve conditions such as:

Sports injuries, prevention of injuries, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow,  golf syndrome, frozen shoulder,  Increased range of motion, pain relief especially for chronic conditions like sciatica, Muscle or tissue-related aches, stiffness or muscular pain, helping with sleep, improving healing and reducing stress, trigger point, fascial tension, tendonitis.

Chronic pain(e.g., lower back pain, shoulder pain), Sports injuries(e.g., muscle strains, ligament sprains), Muscle spasms(by reducing muscle tightness and improving blood flow), Neurological pain(e.g., nerve entrapment syndromes, sciatica), Rehabilitation of muscles post-injury (helping to restore movement and function) Fibromyalgia(widespread muscle pain and tenderness), Joint pain(when muscle imbalances contribute to joint issues).

How many sessions will I need?

For best results, we recommend a minimum of 2 to 3 sessions of sports massage depending on the situation.

We are using complementary therapies

    What can we treat?

Acute sports injuries are sudden, often unforeseen injuries that occur during physical activities. They cause immediate pain and discomfort and typically result from:

    • accidents
    • collisions
    • abrupt movements

These injuries include sprains, strains, fractures, and contusions. They require prompt attention to manage pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing.

Advanced Dry Needling / Electro-Needling Therapy for

    Sports Injuries

        Electrode pads are available

     Overview

A newly popular procedure, Dry Needling Therapy, has emerged as a potentially faster solution for muscle stiffness, particularly in sports injuries. Dry needling and sports massage are both therapeutic approaches used to address musculoskeletal issues, but they differ in their techniques and intended outcomes. By combining them both, we can achieve greater results for a longer period.

Here's a breakdown of what they can treat:

Dry needling involves inserting thin needles into specific trigger points (muscle knots) or tight muscles to help alleviate pain and promote healing. It is primarily used for:

Muscle pain and tension, Chronic pain conditions, Sports injuries, Headaches and migraines, Sciatica, Tight muscles and muscle spasms, Fascia-related pain, Joint pain and stiffness, Plantar fasciitis.

It primarily targets trigger points, knotted areas, and contractures within muscle fibers that cause discomfort, restricted movement, and pain. Unlike acupuncture, which focuses on overall energy flow, dry needling is based on modern biomedical science. Trained physical therapists use it to treat local muscle tenderness. The term “dry” refers to the absence of injecting any fluids during the procedure.

Dry needling has a quicker and more potent effect on deeper myofascial trigger point syndromes, active pain, and acute muscle stiffness.

    Our Aesthetics Treatments

Dermal Fillers ( Injectable or Needle Free Treatment )

    Overview

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a powerful humectant that attracts and retains moisture in the skin, making it a key ingredient in skincare for hydration and anti-aging. When used in facial treatments, hyaluronic acid provides numerous benefits:

    Hyaluronic Acid for the Face:

Hyaluronic acid helps plump and hydrate the skin, leaving it looking smooth, radiant, and youthful. As we age, our natural production of hyaluronic acid decreases, leading to the formation of fine lines and wrinkles. By applying HA topically or through injectable treatments like dermal fillers, you can:

    • Moisturize deeply– HA holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water, delivering intense hydration to dry and dehydrated skin.

    • Smooth fine lines– It helps fill in fine lines and wrinkles by providing the skin with moisture and elasticity.

    • Improve skin texture– Regular use of hyaluronic acid can result in a more even skin tone and smoother texture.

    • Enhance skin elasticity– By boosting hydration and promoting collagen production, HA can help restore firmness to the skin.

    • Soothing effect– HA has a calming effect on the skin, making it suitable for sensitive or irritated skin.

Whether used in serums, creams, or as part of injectable dermal fillers, hyaluronic acid is a versatile and highly effective ingredient for maintaining youthful, glowing skin. It’s suitable for all skin types, including dry, oily, and sensitive skin.

We are using Sosum Acid Hyaluronic and Revolax Acid Hyaluronic.

How many sessions do you need?

For Injectable Hyaluronic Acid (e.g., Dermal Fillers):

    • Initial Treatment: Typically, you’ll need 1 session for noticeable results, with the treatment area looking plump and smooth right after the procedure.

    • Follow-Up Sessions: For maintenance, results usually last between 6 and 12 months, depending on the treatment area, the type of filler used, and how your body metabolizes the filler. Some clients may opt for follow-up sessions once a year or after 6 months to maintain optimal results.

    • Repeat Treatments: If you're getting injectable fillers for areas like the cheeks, lips, or under-eye hollows, 1-2 sessions per year are often recommended to maintain volume and smoothness.

    Diamond Microdermabrasion with Facial Massage

Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure used to exfoliate the skin, remove dead skin cells, and promote a smoother, brighter, and more even complexion. It is commonly used to improve the appearance of the skin, reduce fine lines, and treat various skin concerns.

    How Microdermabrasion Works:

Microdermabrasion involves a handheld device that uses fine crystals or a diamond-tipped wand to exfoliate the outer layer of skin (the stratum corneum). The treatment works by:

Exfoliating the skin surface– The fine particles or diamond tips gently scrub away dead skin cells, revealing fresh, healthy skin underneath.

Stimulating collagen production– The abrasion of the skin triggers the body’s natural healing response, promoting the production of new skin cells and collagen for firmer and smoother skin.

Vacuum suction– Some microdermabrasion systems have a vacuum function that removes dead skin cells and increases blood circulation, which can help to improve skin texture.

    Benefits of Microdermabrasion:

    • Improves skin texture– It can help smooth out rough skin, reduce acne scars, and improve skin tone and brightness.

    • Reduces fine lines and wrinkles– Regular treatments can help diminish the appearance of fine lines, especially around the eyes and mouth.

    • Treats hyperpigmentation– It’s effective for addressing age spots, sun damage, and uneven pigmentation by removing the outer layers of skin.

    • Minimizes pores– By exfoliating the skin and promoting new skin growth, microdermabrasion can help minimize the appearance of enlarged pores.

    • Non-invasive and minimal downtime– It’s a gentle procedure with no needles or surgery involved, and you can usually resume your normal activities right after treatment.

    • Brightens dull skin– It removes the build-up of dead skin cells, allowing the skin to look fresher and more radiant.

    Common Treatment Areas:

    • Face– The most commonly treated area, particularly for improving skin texture and tone.

    • Neck and décolletage– To reduce sun damage or signs of aging.

    • Hands– To treat age spots or improve skin texture.

    • Back and shoulders– Often used to treat back acne or uneven skin texture.

What to Expect During a Microdermabrasion Session:

Consultation: A skin analysis is performed to determine if microdermabrasion is right for your skin type and concerns.

Procedure: The technician will use the microdermabrasion device to exfoliate the skin. You may feel slight pressure or a mild scratching sensation during the procedure, but it’s generally not painful.

Duration: The treatment typically takes 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the area being treated.

    Aftercare and Side Effects:

    • Redness: After the treatment, your skin may appear slightly red or flushed, similar to mild sunburn. This should fade within a few hours.

    • Slight dryness or tightness: Your skin may feel drier or tighter than usual after treatment, so using a gentle moisturizer is recommended.

    • Avoid sun exposure: Your skin will be more sensitive to the sun after microdermabrasion, so it’s important to apply sunscreen and avoid direct sun exposure for several days.

    • No makeup for a few hours: It’s best to avoid applying makeup immediately after the procedure, as your skin will be sensitive.

    • Hydration: Keep your skin hydrated with moisturizers and hydrating serums to soothe the treated areas.

    How Many Sessions Are Recommended?

    • Initial Results: You may notice a difference after just one session, such as smoother, more radiant skin.

    • For Best Results: A series of 4-6 sessions spaced about 1-2 weeks apart is usually recommended, depending on your skin goals.

    • Maintenance: Once you achieve the desired results, maintenance treatments every 1-3 months can help maintain your skin's appearance.

Soprano Diode Laser Picotech / IPL laser hair

    and Tattoo Removal

How does Soprano Laser for hair removal work?

Laser Hair Removal is a procedure that involves the use of highly concentrated laser beams to target and remove hair follicles.

We use the latest technology on the market, Soprano Diode Laser Potech.

IPL laser removal incorporates pulse-control technology and provides safe and effective hair reduction that is safe to use on all skin types with minimal pain.

The laser energy is absorbed selectively by the hair bulb and hair matrix, thus destroying the target hair follicles while leaving surrounding tissues unaffected.

    What are the expected results?

The benefits of Laser Hair Removal include no ingrown hair, no irritation, no infected skin, and permanent hair reduction. The success of hair reduction treatments depends largely on your skin and hair type. Most patients can expect a significant reduction in unwanted hair, and any future hair growth will usually be thinner, lighter, and thus much less pronounced than before.

How many treatments are necessary? We are suggesting a minimum of 6 sessions for best results.

Soprano Diodine Picotech Tattoo Laser Removal

The number of sessions required for Soprano Diotech Tattoo Removal can vary depending on several factors, including the size, color, and depth of the tattoo, as well as the type of ink used and your skin type. Soprano Diotech uses laser technology, specifically the Diode Laser, which is known for its effectiveness in removing tattoos with minimal discomfort.

Factors Affecting the Number of Sessions:

Tattoo Size: Larger tattoos will generally require more sessions to completely remove or significantly fade.

Darker colors (like black and dark blue) are typically easier to remove, while lighter colors (like green, yellow, or white) can take more sessions to break down the pigment.

Tattoos that are inked deeper into the skin or with thicker layers of ink may require more sessions.

The response of your skin to the laser treatment may influence how quickly the tattoo fades.

Older tattoos may fade more quickly than newer ones because the ink may have already started to break down or fade over time.

Tattoos on areas with better circulation, like the arms or legs, tend to fade faster than tattoos on areas like the hands, feet, or lower back.

The body’s ability to remove broken-down tattoo ink particles will affect the speed of tattoo removal. A strong immune system helps clear ink more efficiently.

How Many Sessions Does It Usually Take?

On average, 6-10 sessions are typically required for tattoo removal. However, some tattoos may take as few as 4 sessions, while others might need more than 10, especially if the tattoo is large or has stubborn colors.

Session Interval: Sessions are typically spaced about 6-8 weeks apart to allow your body to process and eliminate the ink particles broken down by the laser.

    Treatment Process:

The Soprano Diotech laser uses a specific wavelength of light that targets and breaks down the tattoo ink particles in the skin. The body’s immune system then clears these particles over time.

The Soprano Diotech laser has a cooling system that helps minimize discomfort during the procedure. The sensation is often described as a mild snapping or stinging sensation

Post-treatment care is important to reduce the risk of infection, scarring, or discoloration. This may include keeping the area clean, using sunscreen, and avoiding scratching or picking at the treated area.

    Key Points to Consider:

Not All Tattoos Can Be Completely Removed: Some tattoos, especially those with certain pigments like bright greens and yellows, may fade significantly but might not be completely removed.

Tattoo removal results vary between individuals, and some people may need more sessions than others to achieve the desired results.

Consultation: It's best to have a consultation with a professional who can assess the tattoo and give you a more tailored estimate for the number of sessions required.

Facial Massage with UV Light Treatment

Facial Massage with UV Light is a combination of two powerful treatments: facial massage and UV light therapy, designed to enhance the health and appearance of the skin. This method is used to improve blood circulation, increase lymphatic drainage, and provide additional skin benefits through the use of UV light. Here's a breakdown of each component:

    Facial Massage:

Facial massage involves massaging the skin and muscles of the face to improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation. When performed regularly, it can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and improve the skin's overall tone and texture.

    Benefits of Facial Massage:

Improved Circulation: Boosts blood flow, which delivers more oxygen and nutrients to skin cells, enhancing the skin’s health and radiance.

Lymphatic Drainage: Helps in reducing puffiness and promoting the removal of toxins from the skin, leading to a smoother, more sculpted appearance.

Muscle Relaxation: Relieves tension in facial muscles, which can reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles caused by muscle tightness.

Enhanced Product Absorption: Facilitates better absorption of skincare products, improving their effectiveness.

    UV Light Therapy:

UV light therapy typically refers to the use of ultraviolet light to treat various skin conditions or enhance skin health. In some treatments, UV light is used for its ability to stimulate collagen production, improve skin tone, and even out pigmentation. However, when used in conjunction with a facial massage, UV light can also offer additional benefits, especially in the form of UVA or UVB rays that help rejuvenate the skin.

Skin Rejuvenation: Stimulates collagen and elastin production, promoting firmer, more youthful skin.

Improved Pigmentation: Helps lighten dark spots and even out skin tone.

Enhanced Circulation: Encourages blood flow, improving skin vitality and providing a healthier appearance.

UV Light: After the massage, UV light is applied to the face to target specific skin concerns. The light is often delivered through a handheld device or a panel. The exposure to UV light helps activate the skin’s natural healing processes, improving texture, tone, and elasticity.

    Treatment Areas:

Face (for improved tone, texture, and relaxation)

Neck and décolletage treatment (for anti-aging and hydration)

Hands (to reduce signs of aging and improve skin appearance)

Possible Benefits of Facial Massage with UV Light:

Youthful Skin: A combination of massage and UV light therapy helps reduce signs of aging by promoting skin regeneration and relaxation.

Even Skin Tone: Reduces pigmentation and sun spots, giving you a clearer, more even complexion.

Increased Collagen: UV light stimulates collagen production, which enhances skin firmness and elasticity.

Reduced Puffiness: Lymphatic drainage from the massage, paired with UV light, can help reduce puffiness and promote a more sculpted look.

Radiant Glow: The combination of techniques will leave the skin feeling rejuvenated with a fresh, glowing appearance.

How Often Should You Have It?

For optimal results, you can get a facial massage with UV light treatment every 2-4 weeks. Consistent treatments can improve skin texture and tone over time, giving you a more youthful and radiant appearance

Fat Dissolving ( Injectable or Needle Free Treatments)

Fat-dissolving treatments are designed to target and reduce localized fat deposits, helping contour and reshape areas where stubborn fat may not respond to diet or exercise. The most common fat-dissolving treatment involves injectable solutions like Aqualyx or Lipo Lab.

    Treatment Overview:

Fat dissolving injections contain a substance that breaks down fat cells, which are then naturally eliminated by the body. We are using Lipo Lab and Aqualyx (phosphatidylcholine and sodium deoxycholate).

These injections target areas where fat is resistant to traditional weight loss methods, such as:

    • Under the chin (double chin)

    • Jowls and jawline

    • Stomach area

    • Love handles

    • Thighs

    • Back fat (bra fat)

    • Arms

    What to Expect:

Consultation– Before treatment, you’ll have a consultation to assess the areas you want to be treated, your medical history, and expected results.

Treatment– The procedure involves a series of small injections into the targeted area. The treatment typically takes 30-45 minutes, depending on the area being treated.

Number of Sessions– For optimal results, most people require a minimum of 2 sessions, spaced about 4-6 weeks apart. This allows the body time to break down and eliminate the fat between treatments.

Recovery– You may experience some swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection sites, which usually subsides after a few days. It’s normal to feel some tightness or mild discomfort in the treated area.

Results– Fat-dissolving injections work gradually. The full results may be visible in 6-8 weeks as the fat is gradually eliminated from the body. The results are permanent, as fat cells that are dissolved do not regenerate.

    Aftercare & Maintenance:

    • Avoid intense exercise for 24-48 hours after treatment to reduce swelling.

    • Stay hydrated to assist in the body's natural fat elimination process.

    • Compression garments may be recommended for certain areas to help contour the treated region.

    • Follow-up sessions might be needed based on individual goals and the amount of fat targeted.

This treatment is ideal for those looking for a non-surgical option to contour problem areas where fat is persistent. If you're considering this treatment, it’s best to consult with an experienced practitioner who can assess your suitability and guide you through the process.

Micro Needling with UV Light Facial Treatment

Microneedling with UV Light is a treatment that combines two powerful skin therapies: microneedling and ultraviolet (UV) light therapy, often used together to enhance skin rejuvenation and improve skin texture. This treatment aims to promote collagen production, reduce pigmentation, and improve the overall appearance of the skin.

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, involves the use of a device with fine needles that create controlled micro-injuries on the skin's surface. These tiny punctures stimulate the skin's natural healing process, resulting in increased collagen and elastin production. The benefits of microneedling include:

    • Improved skin texture– Helps reduce the appearance of acne scars, fine lines, and wrinkles.

    • Boosted collagen production– Stimulates the skin to produce more collagen, leading to firmer and smoother skin.

    • Improved skin tone– Helps with pigmentation issues like sunspots, melasma, and uneven skin tone.

    • Minimized pores– The stimulation of collagen can help reduce the appearance of enlarged pores.

    • Skin rejuvenation– Microneedling can improve the overall health and appearance of your skin.

    UV Light Therapy:

UV light therapy, also known as ultraviolet therapy, is often used in conjunction with microneedling for its skin-healing and rejuvenating properties. UV light can be applied in controlled doses to help:

    • Stimulate vitamin D production– UV light promotes the production of vitamin D in the skin, which is essential for healthy skin regeneration.

    • Kill bacteria– UV light has antimicrobial properties, which can help reduce the risk of post-treatment infection, especially when treating acne or other skin issues.

    • Enhance collagen production– Low levels of UV light, such as UVB, can stimulate collagen synthesis, which improves skin elasticity and reduces signs of aging.

    • Improve pigmentation issues– UV light can help treat skin pigmentation problems, such as age spots, sun spots, and uneven skin tone.

How Microneedling with UV Light Works:

UV Light Application: After the microneedling procedure, low-dose UV light is applied to the skin. The skin is now more receptive to light due to the tiny channels created by the microneedling process. UV light can enhance collagen production and help with the skin’s healing and rejuvenation process.

Microneedling encourages the skin to repair and regenerate, while the UV light enhances this process by promoting collagen production, killing bacteria, and improving pigmentation.

Benefits of Microneedling with UV Light:

    • Enhanced Skin Rejuvenation– The combination of microneedling and UV light enhances the skin’s natural healing process, leading to improved texture, tone, and elasticity.

    • Improved Pigmentation– Helps with pigmentation issues such as sun spots, melasma, and uneven skin tone.

    • Collagen Boost– Stimulates collagen and elastin production, improving skin firmness and reducing fine lines and wrinkles.

    • Anti-aging effects– Helps to smooth out the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, providing a more youthful look.

    • Treats Acne and Scarring– Microneedling can help reduce acne scars, and the UV light helps with skin healing and infection control.

    • Faster Recovery– The controlled UV light exposure can help reduce inflammation and redness post-treatment, speeding up the recovery process.

What to Expect During a Microneedling with UV Light Session:

The microneedling device is used to create tiny punctures in your skin. You may feel mild discomfort during the treatment, but a topical numbing cream is typically applied beforehand.

After the microneedling process, the skin is exposed to controlled UV light. This usually lasts a few minutes and is a relaxing, non-invasive procedure.

The entire treatment may take about 30-60 minutes, depending on the size of the area being treated.

    Aftercare and Side Effects:

    • Redness and Swelling: After microneedling, you may experience redness, similar to a mild sunburn, which typically fades within a few hours.

    • Dryness and Flakiness: As the skin heals, it may become dry or flaky. Use a gentle moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.

    • Avoid Sun Exposure: UV light can make your skin more sensitive to the sun, so it’s important to avoid direct sunlight and wear a high SPF sunscreen for a few weeks after the treatment.

    • Avoid Harsh Products: Avoid using harsh exfoliants, retinoids, or products with strong chemicals for several days after treatment to allow your skin to heal.

    How Many Sessions Are Recommended?

    • For optimal results, you may need a minimum of 2- 3 treatments, spaced 2-6 weeks apart, depending on your skin’s condition and your goals.

    • Maintenance sessions can be done every 3-6 months to maintain the results.

    Facial Skin Booster Treatment

    Profhilo Skin Booster

Facial Boosters are injectable treatments designed to enhance the skin's appearance

by addressing various concerns such as hydration, texture, tone, and elasticity.

We are proud to offer Profhilo treatments, a highly effective skin rejuvenation therapy

that hydrates, tightens, and improves skin elasticity, providing natural and radiant results.

    Profhilo treatments:

Profhilo is an injectable skin treatment designed to combat skin laxity, improve hydration, and restore skin elasticity. It is made from hyaluronic acid(HA), a naturally occurring substance in the body that helps retain moisture in the skin. Profhilo is different from traditional dermal fillers because it is not used to fill specific areas but instead is spread across the skin to promote overall rejuvenation.

    How It Works:

Profhilo is injected into the skin in a series of small injections, typically across areas like the face, neck, hands, and décolletage.

It contains a high concentration of hyaluronic acid, which binds water and provides deep hydration.

The treatment stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, essential proteins for skin elasticity and firmness.

    Benefits of Profhilo:

Improves skin hydration: Helps restore moisture levels in the skin, resulting in a healthy, glowing complexion.

Enhances skin elasticity and stimulates collagen and elastin production, which improves skin firmness and reduces sagging.

Reduces fine lines and wrinkles: Provides a subtle plumping effect and reduces the appearance of lines, especially in areas like the cheeks, jawline, and neck.

Non-invasive: Minimal downtime and no need for recovery after the treatment.

Natural results: Profhilo provides a natural-looking skin rejuvenation effect rather than volumizing or contouring the face.

    Treatment Areas:

Face (especially around the eyes, cheeks, and jawline)

    Neck and décolletage

Hands and arms (to improve skin texture and elasticity)

    Number of Sessions:

Typically, 2 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart are recommended for optimal results. Maintenance treatments are often done every 6-12 months.

Chemical peel treatment is soon to come

    Overview

Chemical peels reduce acne and mild acne scars and brighten and smooth skin texture, treat deeper scars, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, sun damage, scars, and wrinkles.

Chemical peels involve applying a chemical solution to the face to improve the skin’s appearance in a number of ways. They are available in varying strengths and use different types of acids, some of which are better suited for some skin types than others. However, all strengths provide chemical peel benefits. Knowing the available options can help you choose a chemical peel that will effectively address your skin concerns while minimizing the risk of unwanted side effects.

    Chemical Peel Benefits

A chemical peel penetrates the topmost layer of the epidermis, the stratum corneum, to improve the skin’s appearance on a superficial level, reduce blemishes, and brighten skin.

Just one light peel can reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation, such as dark spots or freckles. A few days after the peel, the skin will appear clearer and smoother, which controls breakouts.

After a chemical peel, you may experience a day of redness and light sensitivity. However, the side effects are mild enough that you should not have to take time off from your regular activities. Other benefits can include the reduction of scarring, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, crow’s feet, marionette lines, and age spots. The peel penetrates into the skin to remove accumulated damage.
